Reno Roses Africa (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates in accordance with Kenyan data protection regulations and international business privacy standards. Any business information submitted via our commercial enquiry forms, including contact names, company registrations, emails, and supply specifications, is treated with strict confidentiality.

2. Information Collection

We collect information provided directly by wholesale flower buyers, distributors, and partners when requesting catalogues, quotes, or shipping schedules. This information is solely used to facilitate export operations, coordinate phytosanitary documentation, and manage air freight arrangements.

3. No Commercial Data Selling

We do not sell, rent, or lease client information to third parties. Information is only shared with verified operational partners (such as designated airlines, cargo handling agents, and KEPHIS agricultural inspectors) strictly as required to fulfill legal export and transport protocols.

4. Commercial Export Terms & Standards

All flower consignments are hand-graded to agreed specifications prior to cold-chain packing. Phytosanitary inspection certificates are issued in Nairobi prior to flight departure. Consignments are transported under strict temperature-controlled conditions (2°C–4°C) up to tarmac turnover at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).
